Carol earned her undergraduate degree in business administration from San Jose State University and served as a certified coach trainer during her 21 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, twice receiving their Market Leadership Award for her innovative efforts around leadership development. Alesia Latson

Alesia has been practicing the art and science of leadership and organizational development for over 20 years. She has held management and organizational development roles in Fortune 100 financial services organizations, healthcare, and government. Through expert facilitation and personal coaching, Alesia has developed hundreds of leaders at all levels to expand their management and leadership effectiveness as well as their leadership brand through her insight, creativity, and exceptional skills as a facilitator and coach. Her depth of experience in working with senior leaders and groups has allowed her to recognize and offer solutions for personal and organizational success. Her perspective is truly a global one. Alesia has worked with clients in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, England, Canada, Switzerland, France, China, Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.  Alesia serves on the faculty of St. Joseph’s University and provides executive coaching for Harvard University’s Professional Leadership Development Program. She is a frequent guest speaker and co-authored More Time for You: A Powerful System for Organizing Your Work and Getting Things Done.

Alesia received her master’s degree in training and development from Lesley University and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois.  She lives in Boston.

Terri specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, and personal brand management. During her 15-year tenure as an operations leader in corporate America, Terri developed a passion and a track record for sustainable business results delivered through exceptional leadership. She has facilitated programs for thousands of leaders and aspiring leaders in financial services, law, IT, telecommunications, entertainment, and engineering. Terri stays current on the real-world demands of today’s leaders through executive coaching in a number of Fortune 500 companies, and brings that rigorous leadership to committed individuals in top global organizations, start-ups, and large federal agencies. A veteran facilitator of custom coaching as well as executive-level programs for the private sector and federal organizations, Terri has managed courses in personal brand management, coaching skills, emotional intelligence, strategic and critical thinking, influencing, and leading across generations.

Terri holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University, Towson University, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She makes her home in Columbia, MD.

Denise Wallace

Denise earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and has a master’s degree in training and development from Lesley College. Denise resides in Newburyport, MA, with her husband Jeremiah and two children, Liam and Ella. In her spare time she volunteers in the Newburyport public schools and enjoys cooking, traveling, and the beach.

Diane Wilbur

Certified Executive Coach

Diane is passionate about helping people make a strong impact and achieve their personal best. Diane’s coaching has been credited with accelerating the careers of hundreds of executives. She helps clients leverage their strengths to nail an interview, earn a promotion or gain visibility by focusing on communication, personal brand, and overall presence. She began her career as a CPA and eventually discovered that her strengths were with people, not numbers. When she took the journey to become a salesperson at Fidelity, she eventually became a top producer and President’s Club honoree. Her accomplishments were recognized as she progressed through sales management and led to her role as the Director of Human Resources. Diane provides customized programs on personal branding, executive presence, and emotional intelligence. She utilizes her certification in numerous assessment tools to create a personal development plan with specific goals including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, 360 Degree Assessment, DISC and The Personal Brand Survey Tool.   

Diane earned her undergraduate degree from Bryant University and holds a master’s degree from Bentley College. Diane lives in North Smithfield, RI, with her husband John and two children, Sheridan and Jack.

Matlankose Matsipa

Matlankose (Matla) specializes in personal brand consulting and leadership coaching. He is enthusiastic about the human potential, and has more than 15 years of corporate experience. Matla has worked with leaders in various industries including banking, telecommunications, legal, retail, and publishing. He found his passion for personal development while coaching senior management leaders in the client services environment. Matla uses his passion to ignite enthusiasm and help aspiring leaders unlock their true potential. One of his core beliefs is that success comes from identifying unique qualities, and using them to stand out from the crowd.

Matla, a certified Personal Brand Strategist, co-founded Gcamile Brand Solutions, a South Africa-based brand management company. He earned his undergraduate degree in marketing and holds a master’s degree in business administration. Matla lives with his wife Khosi, and their two children, Lerumo and Realeboha.
